• The listed accommodation hotels are subject to the availability at the time of the booking and LAVANTA has the right to change them into similar category hotels.
• All rates are indicative & subject to increase due to Currency exchange rate.
• VISA approval / rejection/Delay at embassy is subject to Embassy/Immigration decision with no liability on Lavanta.
• Check In time is 15:00 & Check Out at 10:00 AM (any special request of early check in subject to hotel’s availability and confirmation).
• All conditions for Hotel & Flight will send directly after I confirmation.

• 50 % From Total Amount upon confirmation with full amount for visa fees.
• 30 % from Total Amount 30 Day before travel day.
• 20% from Total Amounts 15 days before Travel day.

• Original passport and copies of older passports with previous VISA(s), where applicable.(valid for Six month)
• Two recent colored passport sized photographs against a white background.
• Original & stamped Bank Statement for the past six months balances (not older than one week). (in English)
• HR Letter in English stating position, salary, hiring date and vacation approval.
• If the client Owner we need original commercial register & Tax Card.

In case of minors:

• Approval from the parents (Signed also by two witnesses). (in English)
• VISA approval / rejection are subject to Consulate decision with no liability on LAVANTA.
• Bank statement of one of the parents.

LAVANTA  will handle the below required documents on behalf of the client:

• Proof of confirmed return ticket to the final destination, Egypt.
• Confirmed hotel reservation.
• VISA is processed in approximately 07 – 10 working days from date of application.
